Whichever one will be fine for 2 of them, since I have to earn the money myself and don't really want to buy one that's huge just for 2.
The bigger ones have levels and a ladder, would that be okay?

One thing to keep in mind is that plastic cages are more difficult to clean urine stains from, but the one with the ladders will provide more surface area for your pets. Also, remember that the hamsters may chew on plastic ladders, houses, etc. (which is generally not harmful to the hamsters, but you may have to replace cage accessories).
