when the hamster babies are ready to put into the female section and the male section, can i leave the girls with the mom for the next 3 weeks?
I don't see why not... my teddies had babies recently and are now 2 months old still in the same cage as mom with all the males in one (separate) cage

Yes you can, but keep close eye on all the hamster. You never no, but fighting may occur. ALso make sure the male cage is far away from the female cage. This could result in fight because they can smell the females.
You can and can't. Some teddy bear hamster attack their pups after they are weaned even they are the same in gender. BUT some allow her pups to leave with her until 49 days.
