try massaging the area where his back legs are.
if they move, he's okay. if he seems in pain, get him to the vet as soon as possible and please make sure you keep food and water near him.
next time your sister holds him, have her sit down on a chair or bed to hold him, so if he falls, he land on something soft.

He's either paralyzed, or his legs are broken. Be VERY gentle with his back legs, because you don't want to hurt him. Go to the vet ASAP
well if he isnt using his back legs...they are broken or he is paralized...if u get another hamster dontlet your sister hold it!!!
