Don't worry hun. They're fine.
Rats sneeze when they're brought to a new home for a bout two weeks. Its how they get use to a new environment. The red you see on their noses is called poryphin (sp) It's basically rat snot. A little of this is normal, but a lot could mean they're sick.
If the sneezing lasts more than two weeks or you start to hear them wheeze or hear a clicking noise or any other odd noise coming from their chests, they'll need to be seen by a vet.
I'm glad you've gotten two. They're very social creatures. Make sure that you don't keep them in a tank. There isn't enough airflow for them and they'll get sick in them. They need large wire cages only.
Please, email me if you need more help. I'll always reply with something helpful.

Rat owner for 8 years now.
Your rats are most likely fine. Sneezing in new pet rats is usually normal, they are just getting used to their new home. Their red noses are probably caused by their tears which have porphyrin in it which has a red color to it. If they start breathing strangely then you should take them to the vet.
the red stuff is pawfern they get it when stressed or sick but more comenly sick
so he would have a cold get it treated fast or it can turn into respiotory problems,
and treat any other rats you have just as a percustion,

I'd try changing the bedding & if that doesnt work then ur rat may have mites or just has a cold. If it has mites buy a spray
