Hamster has a white spot on her nostril..?

Ok I've been really worried about my hamster the last 2 days as she has been really inactive, and struggling to get around.
I was going to take her to the vets today, but she seemed alot better today. She wasn't eating or drinking, but I've managed to get her to drinkk a little by soaking an old t-shirt(clean ofcourse) and sitting it on a dish, it may sound weird but it's working as she wasn't taking from her bottle.
She also just had a nibble on some food. The only thing I'm worried about is I've just noticed that she has a small white spot on her nostril... is this anything to worry about?
