Okay so here is the details:
I bought my pet rats like a month ago, and when I first got them everything was fine I had no symptoms or anything, but starting about a week and a half ago every time my rat climbed on my arms (which is the usual spot he likes to climb on) I would end up getting bumps, and a lot of them they look like mosquito bites, and they would itch a lot. But I was wondering what it could be, my eyes would get itchy too, and eyedrops would take care of that, but I'm just curious to know what this could be? Help?

Sounds like you nailed the problem on the head. Check with your doctor before you make a final decision. A vet may also shed some light concerning other things like dandruff.
Oh man that really stinks! My hubby and I had rats for nearly a year before he started exhibiting the exact same symptoms! I would suggest getting conformation from a doc before adopting out your babies, but that may be the answer to your health problem, unless you have a close friend, family member that could be the primary care giver of the rats. Good luck!
