Ok so i was planning on getting the desert one but the store had none is so i bought the rain forest one instead and works no where nearly as well as my desert one on my other terrarium so is there any way to remove the one i recently bought without damaging it? best way 10 points
If you bought it at Petco or Petsmart, you can just remove it (damage or not) and take it back and tell them it was defective.
If it was a privately owned pet store, call ahead and ask how they want you to handle it, whether they want you to pay special attention to not damaging it, or if you should just take it in.
