Crickets! But a variety of dusted insects is good.
Crickets. I have a Leopard Gecko. I mostly give my Gecko Mealworms as a treat, so maybe once a week or once every two weeks I'll softly place the mealworms in his cage. But, If your Gecko doesn't eat them quickly they will turn into beatles; pretty gross! So, be sure to feed he/she crickets; but rememeber to shake them in calcium powder stuff.
