How can I heat a 10 gallon tank 5-15 degrees.?

I have a small musk turtle hatchling in a 10 gal tank. My water temp is hovering around 70 right now. I would like to heat the tank to 75-80 degrees, maybe a bit warmer under the lamp. What size bulb do I need?
