I would like to buy an axolotl as a pet?

i live in Adelaide. Australia.. and ive been thinking about buying an axolotl for a few years now!...

i would like someone to tell me how much a fullset tank set up and a axolotl will cost.

axolotl ?
tank ?
filter ?
gravel ?
ornaments ?
food ?

and how much money a fortnight or week will i have to spend on caring for my axolotl..

i don't have much money and i have a cat and dog to care for as well. i dont work so i have time.. but if that changes will it still be okay?

Just look up a care sheet online. It will tell you more than anyone else could on here probably.
