You should just get a 10 gallon aquarium, there cheaper and better. You could get around two or three in the Zoo Meds one.
Anoles need a lot of humidity so it will be hard to keep it at the correct level with the screen sides. I would recommend a 10 gallon tank as well. They are cheaper and it'll be easier to keep the humidity at the correct level.
