i want a ball python and i have 4 questions about it
1. whats the difference between an albino ball and a regular ball?
2. which one do you prefer having? and why?
3. how much are both, the albino and regular?
4. do albino balls need more or less or the same amount of care?

It shouldn't really make a difference. They are just different colors.
I own two ball pythons and I enjoy owning them! I have a 3ft male, and a 2ft female. Both have very docile temperaments. The female I got for free with the cage(a man was downsizing and needed them gone. The male I paid $70 for with the cage. I am not sure how much an albino will cost, but it's got to be pretty expensive.
Well I hope this helps, if have any more questions, don't hesitate to give me an email.

There is no difference between an albino ball and normal ball other than the fact that the Albino carries a recessive gene that gets rid of all the black coloration. The albinos are yellow and white usually with red eyes and normals are black, yellow, and brown. They dont require any sort of different care. I prefer normals simply because an Albino ball is probably going to ring you up $500 plus and no pet store is going to have them for this reason. If you really want one you will have to find a breeder and be prepared to fork out some cash. A normal from a breeder will cost you about $30-$50 and will cost probably around $60-$80 at a pet store

they are just different colors so it really dosnt matter
mine?
Well ball pythons are pretty docile as long as you feed them in a seperate tank than their living quarters, and since they dont get as big you only need a 30 gal tank for a full grown, they get insecure i found out if they have to much room.
diffrence between the two is, albino is white where the tan would be on a normal, and yellow wehre the black would be. i think they have red eyes. another diffrence will be price. Normals can set you back 25-75 dollars, a albino will be more expensive. either way if your going for one get a baby that is a proved eater.
i would prefer the albino if it wasnt as expensive, just becasue they look pretty darn cool and they are out of the ordinary. but a normalis jsut the same, usually they both are pretty easy to handle and are pretty tame. same snake just diffrent colors. now there can be personality diffrences just like humans. just have to handle and be able to inspect what your getting before you get it.
i think i already covered price, normals 25- 70 for babys, and albinos 75-1??.
same amount of care since they are the same type of snake its jsut a diffrent color, like how breeds of dogs can come in diffrent colors, but in snakes this is called morphs.
if i was you and after you have everything ready, and are totally decided this is what you want find a breeder close to you. pet stores are wc (wild cought) and can contain lots of parasites ect.
ball pythons make excellent begginer pythons. almost always recommened for the first timer since they are laid back
they eat mice thought and can have feeding issues as they grow, such as not accept the frozen thawed mice and only prefer live. i have even had one that wouldnt eat colored mice but would only eat white mice. live, and i have heard some go to the extremes of only prefering male colored mice over otehres. but other than that they are great pets. and the smallest of the pythons which is ahuge plus. males tend to be smaller and cheaper. and you can keep them on paper towels , aspen shavings jsut nothing that contains the trees bark. a water bowl big enough to soak in, but not flimsy so it tips over alot, and a few hide spots and a heat source. commononly heat lamps on top of the screen top. make shure you can clamp the lid down as these snakes are very powerful and jsut a few heavy things sitting on top of a tank lid will not keep a determined snake in. any more questions feel free to email me.

The regular ball python is a green brownish color

2. I prefer the Albino, because its looks nicer to me, although everyone has their own opinions.
3. The Albino is going to run a little higher, because of the color. It depends on where you go to buy it.
4.They need the same amount of care.
