How much for a 2 stall horse barn and ways to build?

just wondering how much you payed ,
and how to do it.
from strach
from clearing trees
to having a nice riding area
i just need 2 stalls,
a small riding area enough for 2 horses
some jumps
and fencing,
fencing as in around the whole land property,
if you live on a main road how would you need it so no one steels them.
my aunt has 2 horses up north and shes getting old and shes passing a gelding off to me x :D

oh and im just a little part of this,
my dad has it all worked out and stuff,
he begins building oct1st
im just wondering.
