My parents just bought me my third horse about a week ago after 5 years. Hes an x race horse who's a 16.3 bay Thoroughbred and I adore him! I feel like I have seperation anxiety from him because I'm in school right now and I really really miss him, I always have to wonder if hes out in his pasture, whats he doing, does he have enough water is he okay etc. It's so lame lol but does anyone miss their horse throught the day when your not close?
My job is working at a horse facility. Even though I cannot see my horse all the time, yes... I get ancy to go riding or even just to groom him.
Right now my horse is three hours away at a trainers... I miss her terribly and I think of her every day but i get to go see her soon :)

Yea I miss mine all the time! Especially during school time for some reason. They really become like your family after a while :)
No, my horses are right outside my window lol. Im home schooled so i get to be with them all day. but when i was in regualr school yes i couldnt stop thinking about them.
Whenever I am out of town, they are all I think about! If my parents are the ones pet sitting, I have been known to call and ask them to put the phone on speaker so I can say hi to them! Crazy, I know, but I'm ok with it!

Yes!! You are not alone! I've been riding this Thoroughbred at my barn and I absolutely love him! He's the background on my computer. My friends from school (who do not ride) have told me that I am obsessed with him. When I'm around him, I just can't seem to stop hugging/kissing/patting him. It's very similar to people and their dogs. I find myself thinking about him, thinking about showing him/riding him. But hey, they don't use the term "horse crazy" for nothing!
