say whatever you want except that I am riding more then one style
Thanks in advance
and feel free to ask questions!
This was a little bit difficult because I only saw one gait, but here are my notes:

1. Use your corners. You tend to cut off half the corner as you come around the arena, so really go deep into those corners by keeping your inside leg on the horse.

2. You've got some counter-bending going on and otherwise the horse is straight. Try to bend in around your inside leg to keep him balanced. Use your outside leg as a wall and your inside leg at the girth to balance him toward the inside.

3. Your leg is nice and firm and good heel position.

4. Good shoulders, good posture in the saddle.

5. I'd like to see your elbows become a tad more elastic. Try moving your hands with the horse (just slightly!) at the canter.

Looks like a great foundation for riding. Good luck!

Over all, you look pretty good!
My suggestions would be to turn your toes in more and push your lower legs forward more and work on keeping your butt in the saddle.
You looked like you were hanging on with your lower legs, but the pony was really round too, so I'm sure that didn't help.
And for riding western, your hands were a bit low.
You look like a very confidant rider!
Hope this was helpful.
you look great. if you're going for western pleasure, you might want to relax a little bit, and have you ever considered lowering your stirrups just a hair? (i usually prefer mine a bit shorter too.)

do you want to be critiqued because you're planning on showing? if not, don't worry too much about the technical stuff. if your leg is a bit out of position your horse isn't going to notice as long as you're doing your job. i used to show and now i'm a trail rider all the way. my horse and i have a partnership and it doesn't matter if i'm sitting perfectly as long as my messages are clear, we're relaxed and having fun.

think about what kind of rider you want to be and go for it. you look really natural up there.
i would say its great! just i noticed the horses head was facing the out side. try to keep ur horses head on the inside, when ever turning circles u should always be able to see ur horses inside eye. and just maybe lift up ur hands and bend ur elbows a bit more. but overall that was great!
i also english but i still hope this helps
also question, what song was playing?
i ride english as well ..

you look pretty good from what i can see the cam is not very good lol i saw your vid B4

your horse seams to be "bent" to the outside moast of the time in the beginning he neds to be bent to the inside other then that you have a good solid leg and seam to flow nicely good job

pleas help with mine

You look great!
Was that your first time riding Western?
You have a great seat, and your heals are down, but you seem a little uptight.
Just relax.
and he was loping, so just go with his movements.
:)
But other than that, you did really awesome!
I ride english so I might not be of help but I like how you make sure you are looking where you are going and actually turning your head to make turns.
