all of the tell-tale signs are there and she is in a breeder tank that is floating in the main tank. we got her about 4 weeks ago and we think she came to us pregnant, about how long until she should be giving birth?
also, all of our other fish are circling the tank in a frenzy similar to feeding time, does this mean she's close?

Nah, I wouldn't say the activity of the other fish has anything to do with anything.
All the tell-tale signs are there? The squaring off of the belly, the dark gravid spot, etc?
Those are usually what you go by to tell when she's ready.
Personally, I've had success in the past by looking at her ... privates, I guess? When my Molly was ready to drop, her backside was very 'open' (if you understand what I'm saying), and she was swimming around a bit frantically against the back glass.
If she doesn't look like she's going to drop soon, or she's acting totally normally, maybe just put her back in the main tank and keep a close watch on her.
Telling the right time can be an art.
