Is it ok to have all these fish in my 10 gallon?
9 guppies, 2 balas, 1 dojo, 1 dwarf frog, 4 mystery snails, and 1 pleco.
they seem to be doing fine so far. i had them for about a month.
No that is too many. For every inch of fish you should have one gallon of water. The guppies take up 9 gallons all by themselves.
if there doing fine then it should be fine but if it were me i think i would get a bigger tank
Sorry, no. The 9 guppies is pushing it. The general fish stocking rule is 1 inch of fish per gallon of water. Each adult guppy would need about 2 gallons. Maybe get a 29 gallon to upgrade?
No.
The balas growth will be stunted, causing early death. As will the Pleco's.
That is an OK amount of guppies...if there was nothing else in the tank. The dojo needs a larger tank, and dwarf frogs need ot be in groups. Mystery snails need 2.5 gallons each.

Edit:C, that is not true. Many plecos stay a reasonable size. Bristlenose only get 5 inches and can be housed in a 20 gallon tank.
9 guppies and the snails are about all that will fit in your tank. The balas, dojo and plecos can grow very very large, and being in such a small space will stunt their growth and eventually kill them.
No. For even 1 (any sort of) pleco, you need greater than 100 gallons.
No. Way overstocked. The guppies are fine if you just had the guppies. Probably the mystery snails too but everything else is pushing it.

The pleco will grow to be at least 6" (more depending on the species). A common pleco will grow to require at least 75 gallons to itself.

While they may be fine now, the fish will grow (especially the pleco) and soon, they may be fighting for space. Even the most docile fish will fight if there is not enough space.
Bala sharks can get 10 inches long and won't be happy very long in a ten. I would get rid of them and the dojo keep the rest. As long as you keep the water changed you'll be alright.
That is a very overstocked aquarium. Pleco's don't belong in 10 gallon's anyway.
No way. The guppies by themselves max out the tank. They can quickly crowd a tank since they are live bearers. Balas are schooling and get way too large for a 10 gallon. That mix just doesn't work.
Sure, once they're dead due to poor water quality they won't be picking on each other. Of course at that point I'd bury the whole tank if I wanted to keep them there.

What I'm trying to say is, NO.
As juveniles, there won't be a problem, but the larger fish, bala sharks, dojo, and common pleoc will grow to the following sizes:
Bala shark: 18"
Common Pleco: 24"
Asian dojo loach: 10"
European dojo: 20"

A 10 gallon tank would not be adequate for any of these.

I recommend: 4 guppies, 1 frog, and 1-2 snails.

Plecos: The smallest known, the pitbull only grows to about 2.5". Maxing out at 3.5" are the clown and zebra plecos. And of course at 3.2" is the leopard Peckoltia. There are other growing to less than 6" inches in length. But even the smallest requires 10 gallons as a minimum.
Research, research, and then some more research.
Oh yeah, experience, too.
