My 1 and a half year old dog is so stupid , she runs into glass doors ,she doesn't respond to commands , she never has .She is quite viscious she bit a small chunk of my arm of (about a cm) when she plays with the ball she growls viciously . she will attack me if I take a toy away and guess what its a Shih Tzu!

Im not sure but i think the visciousness is a trait of that breed. and about running into glass im sure she doesnt realise as the glass must be quite clear so she must think it not there. y dont u take her to a vet, if the vet thinks she behaving abnormally then he might suggest a trainer.

Im not being offenceive im just going to tell you a fact, that some dogs can actually have somthing wrong with them in the head and are not at all responsive to punishment, and thats the way some dogs can be, sometimes no amout of training can get them out of it, on the other hand your dog may need some servere training by what you have put.

Put an opaque film over the door so she knows when its open or closed
The reason she wont listen is probably because she doesn't kno the commands yet! Teach them to her one by one!
You need to train her to not bite by just firmly saying NO when she does it. Just say NO and she will learn that its bad
