Wow that was a dumb response.. Yeah I let my dog sit in the cage and cry because she has to go.. Of course I get up to let her out!
Another question that needs to be directed TO A VETERINariAN. Call one A.s.a.P. TAKE her to the bathroom when she needs to go you are HORRibLE. She has diarrhea and you don't let her go??? wtf is wrong w/ you ppl.
You should contact your vet and discuss this with him further. There are other parasites that can cause this that don't show on a fecal exam. Your dog could also have an intestinal infection. And for crying out loud, if she's having frequent stools, don't expect her to hold it in her crate all night! Get your butt out of bed and take her out! Do you want to hold diarrhea in all night??

If you switched her food quickly, that could be the source of the latest diarrhea. You are suppose to gradually change them from one food to the other by mixing it a little at a time until you get completely over to the new food. The eating grass, I think, is a sign of an upset stomach. I would probably take her to the vet again and see what is going on. If you can't, give her a little pepto-bismol or some kaopectate. It will probably help. She may have food alleregies and you may need to give her a food such as science diet for sensitive stomachs.
