My 16 week old shiba inu puppy isn't getting very fluffy for his bread.
No bread isn't fuzzy.(unless it is mold)
Seriously not until puppy is an adult at least 1yr. Shibas aren't really what I call fluffy - they are super thick dense medium coats. It isn't long hair like a spitz or sheltie - much shorter. Be prepared for plenty of shedding.
