Sorry about my rude comments before. *sigh* I really just don't like when people try to force there views on me. Or tell me how AWFUL I am, or that I'm going to hell ect.

"shelter or rescue"
I recently gave my mother my car (because she needs it more then I do) so I dont have a car anymore. So driving around to shelters or rescues is kinda of out of the question..
Is there websites? Can you help me find them? (I really suck at searching/finding what I'm looking for on the web.)
I know of "www.amazingaussies.com"
BUT- These dogs have low/(or dont have any) sight/hearing.
-- I dont know how to train these type of dogs.
Anyway I live in AZ
As for "Did you turn in an application with Border Collie rescue? Or Aussie rescue?" I'm sorry but I'm not very good at trying for things that I'm not at least 90% sure I wont be turned down for.
As I am sure (no offence) these rescuses are going to be "BC and Aussie" Freaks. So they will want to give the dogs to people just like them...
So anyway, can anyone help me find shelter/rescue sites? In AZ?

First, those dogs have poor hearing *because* of merle-to-merle breeding..done by backyard breeding. Not to salt the wound, just pointing it out.
Rescue advocates just want the best home for the dog. They will (in this case) want a home where the dog can get *plenty* of exercise, and mental stimulation, and ideally have a decent job to perform.
There are no ARPH (main Aussie rescue) dogs in Arizona, but contact this woman to see what she knows:

I've linked the page to petfinder.com. I don't know your location in AZ, so I used Phoenix. (Scroll down to see other cities in AZ.) If you look to the right side, it will list the various organizations/shelters. You can always click on one of those to go to their home page for more info.

*No, it's not rude to apply but decide otherwise. Trust me, these rescues would rather you think long and hard and make the choice that is right for you than getting a dog you aren't 100% certain on.

This isn't forcing views.
Fact: BYB's are responsible for over 50% of the dogs in shelters.
Fact: BYB's go against all codes of ethics for national breed clubs
Fact: Buying from a BYB means your dog is more likely to be unhealthy and have a poor temperament
Fact: Buying from a BYB means that YOU are supporting their actions. Their actions include selling unhealthy dogs to undereducated people and filling up shelters.
I gave you 3 or 4 different Aussie mixes on your other question. Direct links!
I also gave you information yahoo! groups that are herding rescue and herding enthusiasts. All you had to do was go to your yahoo home page, select "groups" and then search for such a group.
If you dont think that a rescue group will approve you, then you should not own a dog. They are picky about who gets dogs and ONLY adopt to the best homes. If you cannot provide a good home, then you should not have a dog.
If you don't have a car, what are you going to do if your dog has an emergency? How are you going to go get a dog? How are you going to take the dog to training classes, the vet, and to activities?
