My dog is having weird symptoms lately:
the tip of his penis looks sort of scraped where its red and somewhat skinless there (just the tip though).
he's been dripping diluted blood from his penis randomly througout the day for the past week. It's not like pouring out blood but when he lies down in a spot for a while he'll leave the area with a view dots of diluted blood. He still urinates outside normally and the urine looks fine and he does not look to be in pain.
SO this morning my dog (german shepherd 5 1/2 years) puked this morning after eating his meal and now I'm getting really concerned. He acts all the same and everything but I want to know if putting polysporin on his cut (which I think he may have got it by running through bushes) would be enough treatment.

take him to a vet
you should take him to the doc. just in case. I know the red (depending what part it is) should be there when he gets excited- but if it is redder than that like cut then you should take him- specially if he's bleeding n you can't find a cause

you should take him to a vet because he might have been attacked by some thing or scratched it

I am an animal shelter assistant and I'm thinking you need to contact someone. Blood from the penis may seem only kind of serious now but if your dog loses too much blood from his penis it could lead to some serious problems so take your German Sheperd to the veteranian NOW! :-0
try changing his food and put vitamins in it try the food called wellness and the wet food.u can just get it at like petco or petsmart then put like 1tspn of dog vitamins opn it that might help. ur welcome! :) hope ur dog feels better

Stop speculating about your dog’s problem/condition. Take him to a vet and let a professional treat him. He may not look as though he is in pain to you but if you really love him get him treated because he can’t tell you if he is in pain or not. Usually when you know for sure that a dog is in pain, they are in A LOT of pain and it is horrible & cruel to let them suffer to that point.
