i have a 2 month old chihuahua weiner dog and he barks all day while we are gone and we live in a 4-plex, our neighbors are bound to complain sooner or later, any ideas on bark collars?
you mean shock collars? not for a two month old dog.
your puppy is distressed and lonely while alone. maybe it's a good time to consider taking the pup to a dog sitter or having someone come in a few times a day to spend time with the dog.

You can try obedience puppy classes..
Also, more then likely, it is separation anxiety your puppy is exhibiting...
You can try to leave a tv or radio on for him, and leave something down with your scent on it.
You can also give exersice before leaving and maybe try a Kong, filled with some treats so the puppy will have something to do for a bit.
Thats all i can help you with since with our dogs, we've never had a seperation anxiety issue so I havent tried anything.
