is there usually black spects? Like it might still be poop in there? or is it dark colored worms?
Should he sleep in my bed?
I found a dark 1cm black worm looking thing that was moving on my tile. Any ideas?

Worm your cat. He probably doesn't have worms, if he does, they probably aren't black. I have never heard of that. If the cat is long haired, persian or himalayan, he may indeed have poop around his butt. Wash his butt really good with a mild soap and water and see what it looks like then. If you still are concerned, take him to the vet and have him examined. I included, below, a web link for cat intestinal worms. Take a look.

The black spots may be that he's not grooming himself well; I wouldn't want to lick my butt, would you?
Intestinal worms are generally white or pale tan, not black; I don't know what that worm might have been.
You can take a stool sample to the vet and get it checked out, or if it's been a while, take kitty in for shots and exam.
You should be OK with him sleeping in your bed; it doesn't sound as if there's a problem that should affect this.
