I would call the local pet rescues, pounds or I have even seen where people posted an ad on craiglist saying they needed one because the same thing had happened and people helped. That is def. what I would do.

If its not their mother than they will most likely not take in the kittens..so your options are either a humane society or you have to feed them by bottle....
I rather bottle feed them.. i don't think they have other cats that do that, and if so that's very rare.. the rescue place are just gonna tell you to bottle feed them...
you might have to split the litter, but call your local rescues and ask if they have any same aged litters that they wouldn't mind trying to trying to integrate your kitties in to.
At the rescue I work for, when we get these calls, we usually add 1-2 kittens to each litter that we feel the mom will take babies in.
