PLEASE HELP!
Purulent discharge or puss coming from the eyes usually indicates a respiratory infection or some kind of trauma or disease affecting the eye. Take the kitten to the vet for treatment.
Kaadish is right.
She has an infection and needs antibiotics. Do it asap because upper respiratory can be deadly if left untreated. The meds do not cost much and the vet visit should only run you $35-$50.

Why do you ppl ask such medical q's on YA. Call the vet ASAP. She probly does need a minor medication for her eyes. you're asking on YA and the poor kitten is deaf TOO? omg..
Yes take it to the vet, the kitten will be treated.
In the mean time, take a warm wet cloth and rub the eyes gently and it will help with some of the infection.
Best of luck

Clean her eyes out with a mild, very mild solution of salt water. About 1/4 salt to 3/4 ths warm water and use a cotton ball. Gently, dap the eyes with the solution and wipe softly with the cotton ball. If it doesn't clear up, take the kitten to a vet or order a eye cream from online such as Dr.'s Foster and Smith. I included the link below that takes you directly to the eye care section. The products are relatively inexpensive and I have ordered plenty of times from them with success. Good luck to you.
