I saw this 1cm black fat worm on the tile. I could only assume it was from my little kitten. In his butt there is a little black thing. It maybe one of those in the butts?

To the Vet you go. Worms are lite colored , but there have been many cases of other insect larvae being burrowed into cats. Only a Vet can tell you whats going on for sure.
