My cat keeps trying to attack this waterbug will he get sick?

ok so i have this one annoying water bug in the bathroom and it traveled in the liveing room and my cat has been trying to kill it for days anyway if he decides to eat it or something will he get sick because i herd that water bugs saliva have some poison in it also if there scared it releases a poisones liquid out of its anus so plz help

I dont think it should get sick. Cats are used to it., Like cats will drink moss water and they will be fine. So i dont think it will kill him/her

but kill the water bug for percautions just in case

kill the bug yourself! i let all my cats play with, kill & eat bugs & they won't get sick from it, but you should just kill the thing after a little while...seriously, just get some raid!!
