Do the research before raising animals. Please get your cats spayed and neutered
her nipples will show up more clearly and they will be pinkish thats a early sign..

I took in a stray last yr that at the time I didn't know wasn't spayed and was pregnant. Her sides started to extend looking like ( ) at her sides. She gained weight but mainly in her stomach area/sides. Her nipples were pinker and got bigger, IF your cat lets you softly touch their stomach and you may feel small bumps about the size of walnuts. All signs she is pregnant.
Take her to the vet and have her spayed. That way you won't have to worry about whether she is pregnant or not. If you are trying to breed your kitty, I would recommend scrapping that idea and getting her spayed anyway. Don't be part of the problem.
