How to I get him to stop attacking my nose? I don't want to yell at him or hit him. I've just been putting him on the floor
Nose Bite = No more cuddles
its worked a little but when he gets hyper and playful he decides to put the chomp to my nose again :(

Sounds like you have an angry pussy. Try shaving it. That should change its behavior if not then put duct tape over its claws and then you will be safe
Kittens are in general extremely playful, and while they dont mean to they can often hurt you (I know from experience those little claws and teeth are like razors).
If he attacks your nose, just firmly say No and put him down like you have been doing, and ignore him. This is a pretty clear sign that what he did was naughty and he shouldnt do it again.
You can also take a water bottle and fill it with water, and when he attacks your nose you can spritz him with it. This is usually a pretty good discipline tool without being overly harsh (hitting definitely sends the wrong signal - you want them to realize what they did was bad, not fear you). Its usually pretty effective. I used to use this when my cats ripped at the furniture, and they stopped doing it pretty quickly.
Other than that, rest assured that he will grow out of this phase. Kittens are hyper and they dont realize what theyre doing wrong most of the time. They play rough with other kittens and their parents who are a little less fragile than the human face.

Your doing the right thing. It's taking hold it just takes time. soon s/he will learn that rough behavior equals no treats. The cute pointed thing on your face will be less worth being put down and havering to entertain itself.
What your doing is the best thing. Keep at it!
