Seems that mine usually loves the free toys- paper clips, bread twist ties....
I have 2 Bengals so they're very energetic and LOVE to play. I've spent a fortune on toys, because I love to see how they react to different ones.
In my experiences, they too love the most simple toys. Anything small laying around the house, like a bread tie, a piece of balled up paper, straws, pens, etc.
They also really love the "Fishing Pole" toys. My younger one more than my older one. She jumps like crazy for this one. She belongs in the cat Olympics. They also really enjoy the laser pointer. I like to end the chase with the laser pointer on one of their favorite toys to make sure their chasing didn't go to waste, or give them a cat treat. One of their favorite toys is the ball in the circular tube. They paw at that thing all day.
And on the subject of treats, they LOVE Greenies. They are good for their teeth and apparently taste delicious. One time, she actually jumped up into my cabinet where I keep them above the Microwave and tore the bag open.

Fishing pole toy, laser light, and ball-in-the-circle toy all have been a hit with my cats. A "magic carpet" ride in a bag is a BIG hit with one, while another wants no part of that. Most enjoy "helping" make the bed.in one way or another, and "patty-cake" and "inky-dinky" spider sing-and-play games are fun. Any little thing that drops into "their" world from ours, especially if it rolls, is a delight, and fuzzy, little feathers are almost as much fun as a soft, safe space to roll in the sunshine. Peek-a-Boo hand-in-sleeve games rarely miss. Usually, the more interactive the play, the better. I am my cats' favorite toy.

Her favorite toys are her feather flipper thing on a stick, her toy mouse (one of at least 100) that she's preferred over the others since she was a kitten, and bouncy balls...

My 1 year old boy love's cable tidy's (any type) and if you try and take them off him he will pick it up and rounds around the house with it!

Well I have a Russian Blue, named Jasper. The one and only thing he LOVESto play with is a fishingrod-like toy. Its a thin plastic rod with a thin strechy cord hanging off. On the end of that is a small mouse. He loves to play with that, when you just flick it side to side and he jumps around (sometimes he's not in the mood, but for the most part, he he thinks it's fun.) I hope this helps. =)

my cat absolutely loves hair ties....or a scrunched up ball of foil...keeps him going for a while as he knocks it around on the ground himself and even catches the hair tie with his paws when i throw it in the air...im sure your cat would love it...you should try it

One of our guys will litterally chase it right up the wall - his highest jump has been just over 7 feet off the ground!!

My cats looooooove their laser pointer mouse. So cute how they go crazy for it Not an expensive item either. Then again, they like hair ties, toilet paper rolls and bags as well.

Mine goes for noise makers...plastic bag, jingle ball, ping-pong ball...anything that makes noise!
mine love the soft toy mice, Sweep carries them around in her mouth and throw's them in the air, very funny to watch.
My cat loves our couch and her kittens love the white satin curtains in my house.
they all collect my hair ties and keep them in their food dish!
