my kitten has 1 blue eye and 1 green eye..is this normal and ok?
That is perfectly normal. It is especially common in angorra breed cats. I have seen many cats with different colored eyes.
The only small concern I would have is to have your vet determine if there is deafness in the ear associated with the blue eye.

Different colored eyes are completely normal. It happens all the time with all different types of animals.
Oh yes this is normal we had a cat with one blue eye and one brown eye and she was perfectly normal and we had her for a long time, there was nothing wrong with her hearing either. If I were you I would consider it pretty lucky!
1 green eye and 1 blue eye is normal especial in White cats, however alof of the these cats if WHITE will be deaf in the Blue eyed ear. However not all blue eyed cat or 1 blue eye cats will be deaf.
