Hi,
Both rolled oats and wheatbix are fine to give to your budgies, but a word of warning, these are fattening foods and should only be given as a treat now and then.
Budgies will eat all kinds of green food, you may have them in the kitchen or fridge, like lettuce , outer leaves of cabbage maybe the odd slice of apple.
I'm not sure about feeding eucalyptus leaves though, these could be toxic as most animals and birds stay away from them in Australia.
Little and often is good for your birds, to much will only make the fat and unhealthy.

Weetbix and rolled oats is fine. Both can be fattening but in the amounts you are talking about its OK. The fact is I give my budgies oats through winter to fatten them up slightly for the colder weather.
Eucalyptus branches are fine too.....I dont know why someone said "most animals and birds stay away from them in Australia" because that absolutely is not true.....many australian animals and birds chew on and eat branches and leaves from the eucalyptus tree. Koala bears live on them for goodness sake !
All of our birds get eucalytus branches to chew on the leaves and bark. There is natural medicine in eucalyptus thats good for birds. Also they love peppermint tree branches, hibiscus branches, and bottlebrush.
Try some boiled mashed up egg for your budgie as well, grated carrot, sweetcorn and peas. Polenta is also good.
