Are the following birds able to live together in a garden aviary?
I am interested in adding a garden aviary of finches to my flock of birds so I'm wondering if the following are suitable together, the aviary size is 2.5m long, 2m deep and 2.15 high.

I have narrowed it down to only a few, I'll how many I want as well, so here goes:
2x Pairs of Gouldian Finches
1x Pair of Orange Breasted Waxbills
6x Individuals of Society Finches
4x Individuals of Java Sparrows
1x Pair of Waterslager Canaries
3x Individuals of Button Quails,

So those are the species and number that I would like so would they all live harmonously or will one/two/three,etc.... disrupt the aviary and cause fights,
Cheers
Hi,

I can't see much of a problem housing these species together, but would keep an eye open in the breeding season with the Java Sparrows though.Betting bigger that the rest, they often dominate the smaller species.

Try adding zebra finches, cutthroats etc for more variety.

Always make sure there are secluded nest sites for the wax bills and the other have plenty to choose from for better success.
