When should I get a breeding box for my parakeets?

When should I get a breeding box for my parakeets?
One of them is about a year and 3 months, who we think is a boy. The other one is 8 and a half months, who we think is a girl. I was wondering though, are they to the point now where they can have a breeding box and have a baby? If not, how much longer should I wait? What is the best age for a parakeet to have a baby?
i would say not to get a nest box because that encourages breeding behavior and the female is to young she might attack her offspring and or her mate but in a say 4-5 months is a good time frame so that she is old enough and these problems wont be such a worry but me personally im only 13 (i just know a lott about bird's) but i don't have that kind of patience so i would just breed them but for someone older and that has that type of patience i would go do the few month wait
i hoped i helped you

P.S i have a breeding pair of cockatiel's right now (a male luntio and a female pied)
my brain, resarch also i would just go to google and search breeding parakeets they have a lot of website you could transfer to but this is a site i used to go to when i had parakeets
